In order to register as a forum user and to be able to post messages, you must agree and abide with the following Terms of Use and Responsibilities:

You understand that messages that slander, threaten, or refer other websites, email addresses, or other commercial business or distribute content or copyrighted material from other websites will be deleted and the membership rights will be suspended or terminated on the sole discretion of the forum administrators/moderators. Mithras Law Group also retains the right to pursue legal action against you and any related parties in such instances.
You understand and acknowledge that your or any message or response posted by you is public information and that the communication can be viewed by anyone and that it is a not a private message. You therefore should not disclose any information in your forum posts that reveals private or confidential information.
Furthermore you understand that the forum postings and responses are not the view of, or endorsed or approved by the attorneys, staff, or the firm of Mithras Law Group and that they are not and should not be construed as screened, reviewed, consented in any way by the attorneys, staff, or the firm of Mithras Law Group and that Mithras Law Group will not be responsible for the content of any message.
Forum members who are offended by a posting, should email their complaints to: forum@mithraslaw.com
At the time of registration you will be asked to accept the Terms of use and Responsibilities of using the Mithras Law Group forum and you will be required to abide by those terms during the use of the forum. If there is any breach of the forum terms of use and responsibilities at any time, the forum administrators/moderators retain the sole discretion and right to remove the message, edit, move or delete your message or suspend or terminate your account and membership rights.
